Our services
Parwaz Institute provides online educational services, including Quran programs, language courses, and digital skills training, delivered through live, one-on-one classes with our teachers. Course availability, scheduling, and teacher assignments are arranged directly with you.
Enrolment and classes
Enrolment is arranged when you contact us and confirm a schedule. You’re responsible for attending your scheduled classes and for having a suitable device and internet connection. If you need to reschedule, please let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Fees
Our fees are affordable and reasonable, and are agreed directly with you based on the course and schedule you choose. Any fee arrangements, payment methods, and schedules will be confirmed with you before classes begin.
Acceptable use
We ask that you treat our teachers and staff with respect and use our services lawfully and for their intended educational purpose. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service where these terms are not respected.
Intellectual property
The content on this website, including text, branding, and design, belongs to Parwaz Institute unless otherwise stated, and may not be copied or reused without permission. Teaching materials shared during classes are provided for your personal learning.
Limitation of liability
We work hard to provide high-quality education, but our services are offered on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Parwaz Institute isn’t liable for interruptions caused by factors outside our control, such as internet or third-party platform issues.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms.
